Gold Package

This program is designed for those who want to develop skills in business management, strategic planning and personal/professional effectiveness. The programme is designed to meet the needs of clients in specific subject areas and it is delivered online using a range of online conferencing suite- video conferencing or tele-conferencing suites.

In order to ensure clients get the best out of this programme, we recommend you book a minimum of two hours session. However, clients can book one hour session at their discretion. The fee for one hour session is £85 per hour plus VAT of 17.5% for UK residence. Non-UK residence should contact us by email for information about our fee.  If you book two hours session, you will pay £120 plus VAT which means your hourly rate reduces to £65 per hour plus VAT.  For customised coaching package, we charge a higher fee to take account of preparation and travel time should you request that the coaching session be delivered on-site. What do you need to access our online coaching programme and what should you do next?

You need to be clear about what you want to learn and so you must send us very clear information about the topic or subject area you want coaching assistance with. Please download our online coaching programme document, on this page. Then select the topic you wish us to cover during your session and send your request to us by email. We ask that you forward your email to coaching@businessservicessupport.com and you must copy your request to enquiries@businessservicessupport.com .

You will need access to a PC or Laptop with internet access or access to a phone. You will need to set aside uninterrupted time for the session. Your coach will send you materials that will be covered during the session, in advance, as well as arrange a mutually convenient time during the day or in the evening for the session.  This will be followed by an email which has a link to the webcast or video conference site. You will be given further instruction on how to access the conference suite for your session.

At the end of the session, we will respectfully request that you complete our formal evaluation form to enable us to assess the effectiveness of the programme, as well as improve the services we deliver.  We ask that you send your coach any specific questions you want covered during the session, at least 72hours before the session starts. This is very important to us as we want to ensure you get the best outcome from the session.

In many cases, just before the session, you will be sent a reminder email or text or receive a reminder phone call from us. Please ensure you white-list our email address so that your spam filter does not junk emails from us to you.

The 1-2-1 coaching program will help you improve your business, personal and professional effectiveness. You will be inspired and motivated to learn and develop skills to improve your success rate and achieve your goals faster.


When you register for the program, you may be requested to provide us with a testimonial at the end. This program has limited space for eligible participants.
Remember, you can contact us for more information on face-to-face coaching outside the UK. This program has minimum eligibility criteria for participants.  

Silver Package

This Group Coaching Program will help you develop your business and  professional effectiveness skills. It is designed for SMEs and budding entrepreneurs. Unlike the Gold Package, this is a group online  coaching programme. This simply means you will be coached online with a group of other individuals like yourself, seeking to learn new skills in specific areas covered in our programme. For face to face coaching or customised coaching, we offer a different service at a slightly higher fee. Please contact us for more information about the Premium Gold Package (face to face and customised). 

The fee for this service is £25 plus VAT and each session lasts for two hours. The dates of our different group coaching programmes are shown  below - please scroll down for more information.
