This workshop is designed to help small and medium size organisations in the private and not- for- profit sector to learn business tools and strategies for penetrating their domestic market, as well as enter new market overseas. This workshop is a full day workshop and participants are expected to fully engage in different group exercises and discussions throughout the day. The workshop will teach participants a range of proven strategies to grow their business domestically, as well as in the overseas market. The trainer (speaker) has expertise building a business in the UK and overseas market and participant will learn the steps needed to prepare, plan and promote their business in new markets overseas and domestically.
