Course Objectives :

This leadership course is designed to provide you with skills for effective team leading. The course will help you become self aware, as well as positively influence others within your team to work cooperatively to accomplish organisational vision, mission and goals. The course is particularly suited for those in strategic positions within an organisation as well as new managers and aspiring managers.

1. Assessing your leadership skills and action plan for improvement

2. Creating a winning vision, mission, objectives, goals and strategies

3. Creating a climate of employee engagement

4. Understanding how to create motivation for high performance in a team

5. Learning strategies and tools for effective employee engagement

5. Developing your own personal style

6. Lots of practice sessions and review of own psychoanalysis results.

We offer in-house training courses for organisations with two or more staff. Our minimum fee is £750 for up to 5 staff plus expenses and £50 per head for additional staff over and above 5 staff.
