This five days  leadership masterclass is designed to equip women who aspire for leadership role to learn  leadership and management skills that will fast track their career within organisations as well as  in self employment and business.

The master class is very intense and is suitable for those who are in need of a short, sharp and quick personal transformation using  techniques and tools that have helped others achieved leadership skills. Although the course is not a qualification course, participants who wish to have a formal qualification in leadership and management, can do so through this programme by undertaking the additional assessement after the master class. Those requiring formal qualification will have a level 2/ 3 certificate in Leadership and Management.

Review of  the results  of   own psychometric analysis for leadership and management effectiveness

Personal development plan for personal and professional growth

Review of case studies and reflective learning sessions

Throughout this masterclass, participants will learn a range of business tools to equip them for leadership and management role in their career. Psychometric  tools such as 360 degrees feedback, learning styles and more will be used to enable participants to become self aware about their current areas of strengths and weaknesses.

Participants who would like a formal accredited  leadership and management qualification  linked to the Institute of Leadership and Management are asked to inform  us about this before the start of the course. We will need to ensure you are registered as a student with the ILM prior to the masterclass and we also need you to be aware that additional assessment will be required of you after the five day courses. Please be aware there is an additional fee on top of the fees for this course to enable you to register for the ILM leadership and management  qualification.
