Free Workshop - Writing and Presenting Winning Bids
This workshop is free to businesses and individuals in certain boroughs:
Croydon, Merton, Barnet, Southwark, Lambeth, Waltham Forest, Camden, Islington, Kensington.....
It is a confidence building workshop aimed at providing participants with practical knowledge and skills in writing and presenting bids.
Contents:
1.1 Understanding the needs of buyers.
1.2 Matching your services and products to meet buyers’ needs
1.3 Communicating how your services and products can meet their needs.
1.4 Identifying and capitalising on the strengths of your business as relevant to the bid.
1.5 Presenting your bids and handling questions from the panel. The non-verbal communication
1.6 Getting feedback on your bid irrespective of the outcomes.
1.7 Using feedback to strengthen capacity to win future contracts.
1.8. Learning from others- reviewing tenders that won contracts and those that did not.
