Sheila is an experienced business management consultant/ trainer and is well regarded for her expert knowledge, professionalism, thoroughness and insight in helping organisations improve their operational and financial efficiency. She is an approved consultant with a number of public sector providing supports to businesses in a variety of specialist areas such as personal development, business planning, finance and leadership skills.

Sheila  is a qualified professional accountant and a fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (FCCA), with a Masters in Business Administration degree (MBA) and NLP License Practitioner status (LPNLP).

Sheila has over eighteen years experience in financial management, business analysis , organisational development and staff training gained through working with many high flying businesses in the private, public and charity sector. She is the author of twelve personal development manuals, eight of which are approved by the Institute of Leadership & Management as part of its approved provider status. Her book "My Business Is My Business", which has been endorsed by top international and national bestseller authors, is now published and it is available for sale on her website www.mybusinessismybusiness.com.

Philip Mayer Bsc Econ, MIBC, NLP Diploma  is a business advisor/consultant with extensive experience in supporting start up businesses as well as existing businesses to develop skills to become successful in their business. Philip brings to the team extensive practical  and in-depth knowledge of SME businesses and he is renowned for his professionalism, flexibility and enthusiasm to support businesses.

Margaret Ewusie BA Hons, MPhil, CANTAB is a consultant with an extensive practical hands on experience in community economic development, research, project management and training. She is renowned by clients who have received first hand experience of her work as personable, thorough, professional with strong interpersonal skills. She has experience in overseeing and managing projects involving  financial investment to small business enterprises, social investment as well as extensive training and research.

Jacqueline Williams LLB, FCMA Acol. Jacqueline is a qualified barrister and accountant. She has extensive industry experience in regulation and compliance, and has worked as a consultant and trainer with numerous firms in both the private and voluntary sectors.

Annie Mubanga BA, Dip SocialWork; DipTraining and Development; Msc. MCIPD. Annie has extensive management, training and lecturing experience in the voluntary sector internationally. She is a specialist trainer in diversity and equality training with extensive UK and international experience.

Stephen Richardson FCA is an experienced management development tutor specializing in finance and management development programme. He has over 10 years experience in designing and delivering development programmes. From 1995 until 2000 Stephen worked with Invicta Training as a Training Executive, becoming their Marketing & Development Director in 1997. Since 2000 Stephen has worked as an independent.

Nigel Wyatt ACMA is a qualified accountant specializing in financial management training. He has extensive experience in delivering training courses and is a founder/ director of Magenta Financial Training.

All our associates are self employed with qualifications such as Masters in Business Administration. One of our associates is an author  which further demonstrates the calibre of resources we work with.

Quality Control Team/ Other Administration - We work with specialist editorial and copywriter consultancy firms to  manage all aspects of the quality of our  training materials, as well as other related products. We also have strong relationship with our printers who support us in providing clients with the quality of materials they need. We are also associated with partner organisations that provide top of the range products that we use to complement our in-house developed products/services. Our goal is to deliver quality to our clients consistently and we strive for this outcome in all we do. For this reason, it is part of our internal process to seek feedback from clients who do business with us consistently and we use the feedback to improve existing services and create new ones.
