Sheila is an experienced business management consultant/ trainer and is well regarded for her expert knowledge, professionalism, thoroughness and insight in helping organisations improve their operational and financial efficiency. She is an approved consultant with a number of public sector providing supports to businesses in a variety of specialist areas such as personal development, business planning, finance and leadership skills.
Sheila is a qualified professional accountant and a fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (FCCA), with a Masters in Business Administration degree (MBA) and NLP License Practitioner status (LPNLP).
Sheila has over eighteen years experience in financial management, business analysis , organisational development and staff training gained through working with many high flying businesses in the private, public and charity sector. She is the author of twelve personal development manuals, eight of which are approved by the Institute of Leadership & Management as part of its approved provider status. She has experience in overseeing and managing projects involving financial investment to small business enterprises, social investment as well as extensive training and research.
Jacqueline Williams LLB, FCMA Acol. Jacqueline is a qualified barrister and accountant. She has extensive industry experience in regulation and compliance, and has worked as a consultant and trainer with numerous firms in both the private and voluntary sectors.

Quality Control Team/ Other Administration - We work with specialist editorial and copywriter consultancy firms to manage all aspects of the quality of our training materials, as well as other related products. We also have strong relationship with our printers who support us in providing clients with the quality of materials they need. We are also associated with partner organisations that provide top of the range products that we use to complement our in-house developed products/services. Our goal is to deliver quality to our clients consistently and we strive for this outcome in all we do. For this reason, it is part of our internal process to seek feedback from clients who do business with us consistently and we use the feedback to improve existing services and create new ones.
