Course Objectives :

This course is designed to help participants with some understanding of what it takes to bid successfully for public sector contracts to practice and hone in their bid writing skills. Participants will learn how to complete PQQ, ITT, RFI, RFP and RFQ.  Participants will also learn the practical challenges  and opportunities of selecting partners for consortium bidding as well as steps for managing risks through effective due dilligence exercise.

 

 The course also covers the pros and cons for organisational restructuring to capitalise on the opportunities of managing outsourced services of local authorities and covers challenges of TUPE that are to be carefully considered before final commitment to contract. As a pre-requisite, participant must attend our tendering for public sector contract course or have attended similar course in the past. This course makes assumption that you already have some experience or knowledge of what it takes to bid successfully for public sector contracts.
