Course Objectives :
This course is a must for all public sector managers with a budget-holding responsibility; those recently promoted into posts with budget-holding responsibilities; strategic and business planners. Elected members, Non-Executive Directors, Trustees and Governors should also attend in order to build up their awareness of this technique and hence improve their ability to hold officials to account.
