This course teaches participants tools for effective decision making within their team and organisation-wide. As a manager or leader, decision making is one of those activities you will be expected to take very often. Learning how to determine the appropriate decision to take in any given situation,  as well as how to effectively communicate your decision will go a long way in earning the  respect and trust of  your colleagues and subordinates.
